ऋग्वेद 10.175 (श्लोक 1) - Project अर्थ (Artha)

प्र वो ग्रावाणः सविता देवः सुवतु धर्मणा । धूर्षु युज्यध्वं सुनुत ॥

pra vo grāvāṇaḥ savitā devaḥ suvatu dharmaṇā | dhūrṣu yujyadhvaṃ sunuta ||

May the divine Savitā urge you, stones, by his sustaining (action), be yoked to the chariot-poles,express (the Soma).

ग्रावाणो अप दुच्छुनामप सेधत दुर्मतिम् । उस्राः कर्तन भेषजम् ॥

grāvāṇo apa ducchunāmapa sedhata durmatim | usrāḥ kartana bheṣajam ||

Drive away, stones, the malevolent (folk), drive away evil intention, make our cattle a remedy (againstdistress).

ग्रावाण उपरेष्वा महीयन्ते सजोषसः । वृष्णे दधतो वृष्ण्यम् ॥

grāvāṇa upareṣvā mahīyante sajoṣasaḥ | vṛṣṇe dadhato vṛṣṇyam ||

The stones consentient with the central pivot are honoured, giving energy to the sprinkling (Soma).

ग्रावाणः सविता नु वो देवः सुवतु धर्मणा । यजमानाय सुन्वते ॥

grāvāṇaḥ savitā nu vo devaḥ suvatu dharmaṇā | yajamānāya sunvate ||

May the divine Savitā quickly urge you, stones, by his sustaining (action) for the sake of theworshipper, who makes the libation.
