ऋग्वेद 9.56 (श्लोक 1) - Project अर्थ (Artha)

परि सोम ऋतं बृहदाशुः पवित्रे अर्षति । विघ्नन्रक्षांसि देवयुः ॥

pari soma ṛtaṃ bṛhadāśuḥ pavitre arṣati | vighnanrakṣāṃsi devayuḥ ||

The swift Soma devoted to the gods destroying the rākṣasas in the filter, bestows abundant food (on us).

यत्सोमो वाजमर्षति शतं धारा अपस्युवः । इन्द्रस्य सख्यमाविशन् ॥

yatsomo vājamarṣati śataṃ dhārā apasyuvaḥ | indrasya sakhyamāviśan ||

When the hundred rite-loving streams (of the Soma) obtain the friendship of Indra, then the Soma brings us food.

अभि त्वा योषणो दश जारं न कन्यानूषत । मृज्यसे सोम सातये ॥

abhi tvā yoṣaṇo daśa jāraṃ na kanyānūṣata | mṛjyase soma sātaye ||

The ten fingers commend you, Soma, as a maiden her lover, you are cleansed in order to bestow (wealth on us).

त्वमिन्द्राय विष्णवे स्वादुरिन्दो परि स्रव । नॄन्त्स्तोतॄन्पाह्यंहसः ॥

tvamindrāya viṣṇave svādurindo pari srava | nṝntstotṝnpāhyaṃhasaḥ ||

Do you, Indu, who are sweet-flavoured flow for Indra and Viṣṇu preserve the worshippers, your praisers, from sin.
