ऋग्वेद 10.181 (श्लोक 1) - Project अर्थ (Artha)

प्रथश्च यस्य सप्रथश्च नामानुष्टुभस्य हविषो हविर्यत् । धातुर्द्युतानात्सवितुश्च विष्णो रथंतरमा जभारा वसिष्ठः ॥

prathaśca yasya saprathaśca nāmānuṣṭubhasya haviṣo haviryat | dhāturdyutānātsavituśca viṣṇo rathaṃtaramā jabhārā vasiṣṭhaḥ ||

Vasiṣṭha, whos (son) is Pratha by name, and whose (son) is Sapratha, has (with them) borne awayfrom Dhāta, and from the radiant Savitā, and from Viṣṇu, the rathantara portion of the oblation which isoffered with the anuṣṭup verse.

अविन्दन्ते अतिहितं यदासीद्यज्ञस्य धाम परमं गुहा यत् । धातुर्द्युतानात्सवितुश्च विष्णोर्भरद्वाजो बृहदा चक्रे अग्नेः ॥

avindante atihitaṃ yadāsīdyajñasya dhāma paramaṃ guhā yat | dhāturdyutānātsavituśca viṣṇorbharadvājo bṛhadā cakre agneḥ ||

They discovered (the Bṛhat) which has been put away, the most excellent substance of the sacrificewhich was hidden; Bharadvāja took the Bṛhat from Dhātā, the radiant Savitā, Viṣṇu, and Agni.

तेऽविन्दन्मनसा दीध्याना यजुः ष्कन्नं प्रथमं देवयानम् । धातुर्द्युतानात्सवितुश्च विष्णोरा सूर्यादभरन्घर्ममेते ॥

te'vindanmanasā dīdhyānā yajuḥ ṣkannaṃ prathamaṃ devayānam | dhāturdyutānātsavituśca viṣṇorā sūryādabharangharmamete ||

Those brilliant deities discovered by their intelligence the principal means of sacrifice which has to beeffused, whichleads to the gods; these (priests) have taken the Gharma from Dhātā, the radiant Savitā andViṣṇu.
