ऋग्वेद 3.44 (श्लोक 1) - Project अर्थ (Artha)

अयं ते अस्तु हर्यतः सोम आ हरिभिः सुतः । जुषाण इन्द्र हरिभिर्न आ गह्या तिष्ठ हरितं रथम् ॥

ayaṃ te astu haryataḥ soma ā haribhiḥ sutaḥ | juṣāṇa indra haribhirna ā gahyā tiṣṭha haritaṃ ratham ||

May this desirable and gratifying Soma expressed by the stones,by, Indra, for you ascend the verdant chariot, and with your tawny (steeds) come to us.

हर्यन्नुषसमर्चयः सूर्यं हर्यन्नरोचयः । विद्वाँश्चिकित्वान्हर्यश्व वर्धस इन्द्र विश्वा अभि श्रियः ॥

haryannuṣasamarcayaḥ sūryaṃ haryannarocayaḥ | vidvā~ścikitvānharyaśva vardhasa indra viśvā abhi śriyaḥ ||

Desiring (the Soma), you honour the dawn; desirng the Soma, yu have lighted up the sun; knowing and discriminating (all our wishes), lord of the tawny steeds, you augment upon us all (sorts of) prosperity.

द्यामिन्द्रो हरिधायसं पृथिवीं हरिवर्पसम् । अधारयद्धरितोर्भूरि भोजनं ययोरन्तर्हरिश्चरत् ॥

dyāmindro haridhāyasaṃ pṛthivīṃ harivarpasam | adhārayaddharitorbhūri bhojanaṃ yayorantarhariścarat ||

Indra has upheld the yellow-rayed heaven; the verdant tinted earth; there is abundant pasture (for his steeds) in the two azure spheres of heaven and earth, between which Hari travels.

जज्ञानो हरितो वृषा विश्वमा भाति रोचनम् । हर्यश्वो हरितं धत्त आयुधमा वज्रं बाह्वोर्हरिम् ॥

jajñāno harito vṛṣā viśvamā bhāti rocanam | haryaśvo haritaṃ dhatta āyudhamā vajraṃ bāhvorharim ||

The azure-coloured showerer (of benefits), illumes, as soon as born, the whole luminous region; the lord of the tawny steeds holds in his hands the yellow weapon, the destroying thunderbolt.

इन्द्रो हर्यन्तमर्जुनं वज्रं शुक्रैरभीवृतम् । अपावृणोद्धरिभिरद्रिभिः सुतमुद्गा हरिभिराजत ॥

indro haryantamarjunaṃ vajraṃ śukrairabhīvṛtam | apāvṛṇoddharibhiradribhiḥ sutamudgā haribhirājata ||

Indra has uncovered the desirable white-coloured, fast-flowing Soma, effused by the expressing stones, and overlaid with the shining (milk and other liquids), in like manner as when, borne by his tawny steeds, he rescued the cattle.
