The cursed forms of the King मणिभद्र 's seven sons who were sorcerers. Due to the curse of अगस्त्य they became seven palm trees ( सालस् ). They obtained liberation from the curse during the incarnation of विष्णु as श्री राम . (For detailed story see under Maṇibhadra II) .
