साध्य

A गणदेवता . These Devatās often used to play an important role in पुराणिच् movements and incidents. The साध्यस् were born from the seed विराट् पुरुष . [mh-1-1-35 ] . But according to विष्णु पुराण (Part 1, Chapter 35) the साध्यस् were the grand-children of दक्ष-प्रजापति . Of the sixty daughters of the प्रजापति by his wife असिक्नी , ten were married by धर्मदेव ; The विश्वदेवस् were the sons of धर्मदेव by his wife विश्वा and the साध्यस् were his sons by साध्या .

The साध्यस् fought with गरुड , who went to देवलोक for अमृत and got defeated. [mh-1-32-16 ] .
The साध्यस् feared विश्वामित्र . [mh-13-71-39 ] .
साध्यगणस् participated in the birthday celebrations of अर्जुन . [mh-1-122-70 ] .
साध्यस् took their place in planes above the palace of द्रुपद to witness द्रौपदी 's wedding. [mh-1-186-6 ] .
They were present at the देवयज्ञ conducted at नैमिष forest. [mh-1-195-3 ] .
They were present with various Kinds of arrows at the battle between श्री कृष्ण and अर्जुन on the occasion of the burning of the खाण्डव forest. [mh-1-226-38 ] .
They live in इन्द्र 's court. [mh-2-7-22 ] .
They go to the court of ब्रह्मा also and worship him. [mh-2-11-44 ] .
In the battle between सुब्रह्मण्य and तारकासुर they fought on the side of the former. [mh-3-231-71 ] .
Once they made a prayer to दत्तात्रेय मुनि . [mh-5-36-3 ] .
On the occasion of the battle between कर्ण and अर्जुन at कुरुक्षेत्र the साध्यस् wished success for the flatter. [mh-9-44-29 ] .
They served as store-keepers at the yajña performed by king मरुत्त . [mh-12-29-22 ] .
They remain on Mount मुञ्जवान् worshipping शिव . [mh-14-8-1 ] .
