पञ्चजनस्

ब्रह्मिन् , क्षत्रिय , वैश्य and शूद्र are the four castes. निषाद form the fifth caste. All these five are collectively called पञ्चजन . (Sūkta 89, Anuvāka 14, Maṇḍala 1, Ṛgveda) .
