निश्चिरा
[niscira] IAST: NIŚCIRĀ
A river glorified in the पुराणस् . It is well known in all the three worlds. A bath in the river is as good as performing an अश्वमेध यज्ञ , Those who bathe in the confluence of निश्चिरा will attain इन्द्रलोक . [mh-3-84-138 ] .
