One who actually saw the सूक्तस् . He was the son of वत्सार ऋषि born in कश्यप dynasty. He married सुमेधस् the daughter born to च्यवन and सुकन्या ; and कुण्डपायिन्स् were their sons. (Vāyu Purāṇa) .
